FIT BALL
A core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability co-ordination and balance. Fit-ball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment
                                                        

BODY SHAPE
Train and shape your muscles in this freestyle class with a low impact warming up and muscle toning exercises for the complete body. High repetitions with or without light weights and burning muscles are characterizing for the Body shape. The result? A fit body with toned but sleek muscles
     

PILATES
A mind-body format that aims to help participants achieve greater mind-body awareness while increasing strength, endurance, flexibility and stability using a ‘core-centric’ approach!
                                                         

U-BOUND
Muscle strengthening without negative consequences, improving the nervous system, strengthening the joints in ankles, knee and hips.
                                                          

BOKWA
An intense cardio workout that integrates African dance, aerobic dance and a wide variety of different genres of dance and movement forms.

CYCLING
Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout.

If you are wanting to experience the energy and intensity of a real fight, without being hit of course, then KIMAX® is just the training program you've been waiting for!


ORIENTAL DANCE
Come learn basic belly dance moves that are transferable to all styles of belly dance while strengthening your abdominal muscles. Movements include isolations and coordination of the ribs, hips, shoulders and extremities through instruction, choreography, and improvisational dancing.



CARDIO FUSION
This class fuses together cardiovascular movements and body sculpting. A total strength and cardio workout!



BODY SPIRIT
This class focuses on core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture.


FIGHT-DO
This is a well choreographed martial arts class combined with a full rounded cardio workout. Feeling fitter, stronger and healthier even from the first session.


MEGA DANZ
Improves cardiovascular fitness, Strengthens muscles, Improves agility, and Enhances dance techniques.


T.B.M.
Tone your body into a work of art by using a combination of weights, pilates, and cardio.


BELOW THE BELT
A strength conditioning class designed to target the muscles of the lower body and the core.


POWER
A weightlifting class with music. This class will increase muscle definition and strength through isolation and proper form.
